Survey Project Manager
JHA Companies, a multi-disciplinary land surveying, engineering & environmental consulting firm, has an immediate career opportunity for a Survey Project Manager to join its growing team of professionals in its St. Clairsville, Ohio location.
The selected individual must have a self-employed mentality, is motivated by a passion for the surveying profession, and willing to humbly serve clients and fellow teammates. All applicants must be a person of exceptional character who is not fearful of making mistakes and who takes responsibility for who they are and what they do.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years’ experience and be a Licensed Surveyor in West Virginia (required), Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Applicants must have a proven track record of successfully leading the execution and delivery of simultaneous survey projects.
The position includes client contact, preparation of proposals, estimating project fees, controlling project budgets, assigning work tasks to teammates, invoicing, and project delivery. Excellent leadership, organization, verbal and written communications skills are required for this position. This individual will work closely with the Office Leader, other Survey Project Manager(s) and several Field Survey Technicians on a daily basis and will have fun doing it!
